Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our medical industry team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation, with a proven track record of leadership and management in a healthcare setting. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Manage and supervise all staff, including nurses, therapists, and support staff
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure the best possible care for our patients
  • Oversee the financial operations of the facility, including budgeting and billing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients and their families to ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Ensure that all safety and emergency protocols are in place and functioning properly
  • Participate in the hiring and training of new staff members
  • Monitor patient care and ensure that all care plans are being followed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations
  • Experience in a healthcare management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Familiarity with skilled nursing and rehabilitation practices
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
