Job Description : As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Your leadership and expertise will play a vital role in creating a positive and nurturing environment for our residents, their families, and our dedicated staff.
Qualifications :
· Active Nursing Home Administrator License in the state of Alabama
· Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar leadership role.
· Bachelor's Degree Preferred
· Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care facilities.
· Proven track record of successfully managing and leading skilled nursing facility.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in computer systems and healthcare management software.
