About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, licensed Insurance Professional / Agent to join Guardian Life in South Florida. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping individuals and families protect their future with insurance and financial solutions.
As part of Guardian, you’ll have the freedom to build your own book of business while receiving award-winning training, ongoing support, and access to one of the most respected names in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.
Recommend tailored solutions including life, disability, health, and supplemental insurance products.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with exceptional service and follow-up.
Guide clients through policy selection, applications, and claims.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and maintain compliance.
Leverage Guardian’s resources, training, and technology to grow your business.
Qualifications
Active Florida insurance license
Proven sales or customer service experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed.
High ethical standards and integrity.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related client-facing roles.
Knowledge of Guardian’s products and financial solutions.
Professional designations such as CIC, CLU, or CFP are a plus.
