Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to calls from prospects, current members, and brokers.
Conduct thorough sales consultations, including needs analysis, plan comparison, and provider and prescription look-ups.
Schedule seminar reservations, broker appointments, and process fulfillment requests following documented procedures.
Complete telephonic enrollments accurately and efficiently.
Assist brokers with the appointment process and provide timely application status updates.
Offer support and guidance to brokers, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources.
Update the CRM system with detailed call information and outcomes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Conduct outbound calls to prospects and members based on client needs, such as follow-up sales calls and member retention campaigns.
Engage prospects and members effectively, addressing their questions and concerns to build strong relationships.
Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Must have active PA Accident & Health license (required)
Prior experience selling Medicare Advantage plans (required)
Prior Call Center experience and/or experience assisting clients via phone support (preferred)
