**Description:**
Join our dynamic team at a well-established law firm with multiple offices in Massachusetts. We specialize in workers' compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and discrimination cases.

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Legal Assistant to join our office located in Bridgewater, MA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in personal injury law.

**Job Type:**
This is not a remote position, and qualified candidates must be able to commute to the office on a daily basis.

**Duties:**
- Manage all telephone communications for the assigned attorney(s) by answering or directing inquiries.
- Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Coordinate case preparation.
- Initiate telecommunications, including organizing client conferences, attorney meetings, and other special functions.
- Communicate with and update clients throughout their case to ensure they have all necessary information.
- Set the tone and pace for all calls, maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience.
- Demonstrate the ability to converse with varying client personalities to collect pertinent details and determine the viability of their claims.
