Job Description

As a Landscape Architect, you will lead project design for a variety of clients in markets such as energy supply and distribution, industrial and manufacturing, and residential and commercial development. Projects you will work on may include commercial site planning, planting design, college campus and park master planning, and grading design. Your responsibilities will include preparing scope of services, time and cost estimates, site plans and permit packages, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and participating in public presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture (B.L.A.) from a four (4) year college or university.
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in Site Design (commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential subdivision).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• New York State Registered Landscape Architect (R.L.A.).
• Valid driver's license.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
