This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Surveyor/Senior Project Manager (L.S.) at in South Windsor, CT. We perform all aspects of land surveying, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeout, as-built surveys. and digital surface modeling. We are numerous large land surveying projects under contract with multiple private- and public-sector clients in CT, MA, and RI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Minimum of four years in a supervisory role.
• Licensed Land Surveyor (MA, CT or RI preferred)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software utilized in a land surveying capacity (3+ years minimum)
• Strong interpersonal skills and client coordination
• Complete understanding of field survey methods and procedures
• Willingness/ability to periodically serve as crew chief, as needed, including working in all weather conditions, walking long distances on potentially difficult terrain, and carrying survey equipment
• Experienced in preparing digital surface models for GPS equipment or site design experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Associate's degree in Land Surveying or related field required.
