Salary: $125,000 - $185,000 per year

Our client has an immediate need for a labor and employment attorney to join their Des Moines or Cedar Rapids offices. This career opportunity is with a widely respected Iowa firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, white collar criminal defense, complex litigation, and government investigations among others.
Interested candidates must have 1+ years of substantive employment litigation experience in a law firm setting. You will join a dynamic team of experienced attorneys who guide a diverse mix of Iowa employers through complex discrimination, wage and hour, class action, noncompetition agreements, OHSA audits, and unfair labor practice claims. Attorneys with specific management-side defense experience are encouraged to apply.
