• Communicate your team's goals, promotions, and important business updates.
• Inspire a positive, collaborative, family-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with other General Managers and Area Leaders to drive business growth.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
• 2+ years of restaurant or fast food management experience with a focus on financial results.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to motivate and build strong teams.
• Capable of managing with minimal supervision.

Compensation: Salary depends on experience and includes opportunities for periodic bonus plans.
