Daily Responsibilities

• Manage profitability by controlling expenses, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members and managers.
• Coach and train staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide a friendly, high-quality guest experience.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk for long periods, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Starting salaries vary by location, with ranges such as:

• Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
• New York City: $65,000 - $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
