Responsibilities What You'll Do :
•Manage incoming leads and maintain a robust lead pipeline
•Build rapport with clients and guide them through the sales process
•Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies
•Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
•Stay organized and efficient with daily tasks

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or a willingness to learn.
•A basic understanding of the
real estate market or sales industry (preferred but not required).
•A
competitive spirit and results-driven mindset; eager to exceed sales targets.
•Ability to work independently while also being a team player, contributing to group efforts.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when handling client objections or challenges.
