Job Title-Junior Recruiter

Location-Tucson, AZ (Hybrid position)

US Citizenship required

Foxhound Partners is looking for a Junior Recruiter for the Tucson, AZ area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Candidates – Using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to find potential candidates.
2. Screening Applicants – Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and assessing candidate qualifications.
3. Coordinating Interviews – Scheduling and facilitating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Candidate Experience – Ensuring a smooth process for applicants by providing updates and feedback.
5. Offer Management – Assisting in negotiating salaries, extending job offers, and ensuring a successful onboarding process.
6. ATS Management – Keeping track of applicants through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
7. Compliance & Documentation – Ensuring hiring practices align with company policies and legal requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience engineering and IT skill sets.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms .
• Strong communication and organizational skills .
• Ability to work in high-volume or fast-paced environments .
• Interest in learning recruitment strategies and market trends .
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus.
