Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience 2-5+ years' experience independently managing small to medium sized projects Knowledge of Project Management disciplines Knowledge of Software development lifecycle Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills What are the top three technical skills you are looking for? Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Project Project schedule development and management Project resource management What projects/ day-to-day work will the candidate be working? IT projects application and infrastructure implementations/upgrades Do they need any certifications? PMP CSM or PMI-ACP is nice to have What would you like to see on a resume?
