As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support our Finance and Operations teams with achieving profitability targets. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience. The Junior Financial Analyst will support cross-functional teams by gathering data, analyzing trends, and helping identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Collect, organize, and analyze data related to costs, inventory, production, and operations Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel and/or data visualization tools Support financial analysis and forecasting in partnership with the Finance team Conduct variance analysis on expenses and identify potential areas for savings Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership meetings Participate in monthly operational and financial reviews Collaborate with departments including Production, Shipping, and Maintenance to understand and document process flows Perform ad-hoc data analysis as requested by senior management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) Basic knowledge of accounting or financial principles Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with ERP systems or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Preferred Attributes: Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Curious mindset with a passion for turning data into insights Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively American Custom Drying
