Learn more at Job Details Job Function: Marketing Job Sub Function: Marketing Insights & Analytics Job Category: People Leader Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States of America Job Description We are seeking an Associate Director, Global Commercial Forecasting and Analytics, Gastroenterology (GI) in Horsham, PA. The role involves developing forecasts for the Gastroenterology Disease Area within Immunology, utilizing secondary data sources, market research, real-world evidence, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. Responsibilities include forecasting for pipeline and marketed products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and gathering competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience in pharmaceutical forecasting. Responsibilities Develop patient-based demand forecasts and conduct competitive intelligence Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial Marketing, R&D, Finance, Market Access, and Business Development Present forecasts and insights to leadership and stakeholders Act as an expert on the competitive landscape in GI, especially Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease Analyze large data sets and provide high-level conclusions Requirements Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with forecasting experience Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience with secondary pharmaceutical data sources and modeling preferred Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and external partners Willingness to travel up to 10% Additional Information This position is primarily based in Horsham, PA, with up to 10% travel.
