USADA is seeking a dedicated and driven person to help our organization fulfill its mission to "Stand with athletes to champion their right to clean sport, inspire true and healthy sport, and promote the integrity of sport. This is an incredibly exciting time to join Team USADA, as we continue to grow our Anti-Doping program and work to support major international competitions such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2024 (Paris), 2026 (Milan), and 2028 (Los Angeles). New team members will have the chance to help ensure USADA is well-positioned in the near and long term for these opportunities as we look to the future with our efforts to protect clean athletes. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing hardware and software support as well as assistance to the organization both remotely and in-person. This role will be installing and configuring computer systems and software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and educating end users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide in-person and remote technical support, troubleshoot and repair issues related to software, hardware, phones, email, network access, etc.
  • Perform moves, adds, changes, and maintenance activities for computers, telephones, and peripherals.
  • Installs new equipment and software for users as well as the replacement of end of life and non-functioning equipment.
  • Document support interactions with users, including details and steps performed to resolve issues.
  • Educate and train users with computer and software operations, peripherals, network usage, and best practices.
  • Create support procedures, technical reports, and update existing process documentation.
  • Maintain software and hardware library and assist with all software licensing compliance.
  • Assist with company initiatives and projects on an as needed basis within the IT Department.
GENERAL:
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Develop technical documentation outlining security workflow policies across USADA Departments.
  • Recommend necessary updates and revisions to USADA protocol and procedures as related to Information.
  • Support Technology Projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into the development and deployment of new USADA applications and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new Technologies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Moderate proficiency in MS Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated ability to view challenges and change as an opportunity to learn new technologies, concepts, and ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively assist users and resolve their issues.
  • Values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion among internal and external constituents.
  • Ability to multitask and to work accurately under pressure.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • CompTIA Security+ certification, preferred.
  • Familiar with Security industry frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
  • Ability to consistently adapt to new situations and ambiguity.
  • Work experience in athletics or sports.
  • Relevant experience working with executives and Systems Administrators to assist in auditing various systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Hands on experience with Asset Management systems.
