BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Information Technology (IT) Subject Matter Expert at a Senior levelto join a strong team supporting our government customer. This position will provide the ability to make a significant impact to the mission. The IT Subject Matter Expert shall provide expert level support for the architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, platforms and applications. Key Responsibilities : Provide technical oversight of solutions, conduct code reviews, provide expert guidance on architecture. Proactively provide recommendations to manage technical debt. Recommend and lead innovations and serve in roles such as Enterprise/Systems/Solution Architect in a Scaled Agile environment. Recommend development and DevSecOps practices and ensure adherence to practice through reviews. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, guiding the team through technical challenges and ensuring alignment with sprint goals. Contribute to the refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the team understands and delivers on technical requirements within the agile framework. Responsible for technical guidance, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables produced by the contract team. Required Education, Experience, & Skills 8+ Years experience with SharePoint including SharePoint Server version and SharePoint Online 5+ Years experience with Power Platform 2+ Years experience with ActiveDocs ITIL V4 Foundation Certification in Power Platform At least one cloud fundamentals certification Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
