Preferred Education: PMP, ITIL Certifications, or Six Sigma Project Management Certification. Physical Requirements: May need to travel domestically and internationally in support of initiatives. Key Responsibilities: IT Policy Management: Schedule and lead information gathering sessions as it relates to the IT Policy Management. Assists with analysis of relevant IT Policies to determine compliance. Assesses Risks Identify Policy Exceptions Develop Communication Plan/Awareness activities Validating capabilities and compliance for key stakeholders Identifying potential changes to processes and/or technologies Creating and managing timely and accurate reporting of IT Policy Management programs and projects. IT Service Resilience: Schedule and lead information gathering sessions as it relates to the IT Service Resilience. Assists with analysis of technologies and business recovery time objectives. Partnering with IT solution owners and leads in developing and implementing ITSR plans and conducting exercises. Creating and managing timely and accurate reporting of Resilience Management Information to leadership. Knowledge and implementation of SDLC lifecycle. Collaborate with SMEs, Business Resilience, ITSR PMO and third-party key stakeholders. Project Management: Experience managing a project from initiation to closure. Create project plan and prioritizes milestones and deliverables with guidance from key project stakeholders. Provide budget analysis, resource allocation and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization. Assign and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget. Monitors reliability and any internal issues that appear as a result of the project. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Working effectively with relevant stakeholders. Work Location: 100% Onsite Hybrid (working from home and in office) 100% Remote (anywhere in the U.S.) We would like for this person to be based on the East Coast to ensure flexibility when working with Global key stakeholders. Shift: 8 Hours/5 Days Will require flexibility to work with Global key stakeholders.
