Senior Manager/Director of IT
Aligned Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of IT for a well respected company. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager/Director of IT to lead and enhance the organization’s technological landscape. This strategic role is responsible for overseeing IT operations, ensuring the stability and efficiency of systems, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The position emphasizes operational excellence, service delivery, and ongoing technological advancement.
Key Responsibilities
IT Leadership in a Global Environment : Drive coordination and collaboration across international IT teams in a matrix structure.
Operational Oversight : Lead enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, system administration, and application support.
Monitoring & Security : Implement proactive system monitoring, performance reporting, IT governance, and cybersecurity best practices.
Strategic Direction & Change Management : Guide IT strategy, manage change effectively, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Project & Vendor Management : Oversee IT projects, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage budget planning to ensure optimal resource use.
Analytical Thinking & Communication : Apply strong problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and clear communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience managing IT operations within complex, global organizations
Expertise in infrastructure management, enterprise applications, and system administration
Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and security protocols
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
Proficiency in project management, vendor negotiations, and budgeting
Exceptional analytical and interpersonal communication skills
