This individual should possess significant experience in maintaining computer systems, project management capabilities, and strong troubleshooting skills. The role entails overall IT responsibility for the US team, encompassing a wide range of duties. Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is desirable.
• Prior experience in Salesforce administration is advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Project management skills.
• Capability to troubleshoot intricate software and hardware problems.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Independence in work approach with adeptness in seeking solutions.

Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Choose and set up computer hardware setups. Oversee and control software and network systems, including file sharing, backup, secure email, CRM, and office automation. Diagnose and address hardware and software issues. Recognize required enhancements for computer systems. Address technical support inquiries from computer and software users. Record tasks and generate reports related to assistance requests and resolutions. Formulate IT policies, procedures, and training resources. Educate personnel on implemented hardware and software setups. Maintain up-to-date security software. Complete other assigned projects or duties as necessary.
