Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our client's dynamic team in Denver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, particularly within the TMT space, and will be adept at managing complex transactions from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Execution: Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials. Client Interaction: Maintain and develop client relationships, providing strategic advice and insights throughout the transaction process. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough industry research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential targets within the TMT sector. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers and other team members to ensure seamless execution of deals and high-quality client service. Documentation: Prepare and review transaction documents, including pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of investment banking experience, preferably with a focus on M&A within the TMT sector. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. Skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
