The Opportunity Our associate program is designed to develop both your quantitative and qualitative skills for a successful investment banking career and future leadership roles. You will receive formal and on-the-job training, with increasing responsibilities such as building financial models, managing deal workstreams, and leading client relationships. Your Contribution As a key member of our advisory team, you will take on greater responsibilities over time, directly impacting our clients and the firm. Your Role Will Include Participating in equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments Developing complex financial models, including macros and VBA programming Managing due diligence processes and third-party advisors Performing asset valuations using various approaches Preparing client presentations and engaging in discussions Evaluating investment opportunities and managing existing investments Researching potential deals and providing sector, industry, and geographic insights Maintaining marketing materials and creating pitch decks for clients Note: The role may require working beyond standard hours in a fast-paced environment.
