Investment Banking Associate Responsibilities:

As an Associate, you’ll be apart of transactions from cradle to grave. This role offers high deal velocity, small transaction teams, and direct client interaction, allowing you to gain hands-on experience and learn at an accelerated pace.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Pitch presentations, financial analysis, and modeling
• Client due diligence
• Drafting information memoranda and other transaction-related documentation
• Managing closing due diligence and post-LOI negotiations
• Supporting business development efforts

Investment Banking Associate Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or transactional advisory services (CPA or consulting firm experience is welcome)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proven process management skills
• Comfortable working in both team and self-directed settings
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong written communication skills
