Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to execute mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions for clients in the tech and consumer sectors.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including modeling transactions and performing valuations.
- Prepare high-quality marketing documents and presentations.
- Lead research efforts, providing insightful competitive analyses and market trends.
- Support project management, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of work.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field with a GPA of 3.5 or above.
- At least two years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4 transaction services (must have already graduated).
- Previous experience with M&A transactions or relevant internship experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and proficient PowerPoint abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage projects and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- A passion for finance, investment banking, and the evolving e-commerce landscape.
