Job Description

Duration : 05 Months (Possibility of extension/conversion based on the performance & the budget)

Client : One of the largest Data Storage Devices manufacturers in the US

Overview :

We are looking for a Material Handler who receive, unload, and store Lab materials.

Duties :

• Transport pallets or boxes of HDDs to designated storage areas.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.
• Retrieve and deliver materials to test areas as needed.
• Scan HDDs, boxes or pallets into SIT inventory system.
• Perform kitting of hard drives for use in storage systems.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements.
• Provide regular reports on inventory levels and material receipts.
• Assist in inventory audits as required.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills. Familiarity or prior use of spreadsheets will be helpful Basic arithmetic skills are needed to verify that the quantities of product are correct.
• Experience using pallet jacks or hand trucks is required.
• Experience using hand tools or powered screwdrivers beneficial.
• Ability to handle up to 50 pound boxes on their own.
