Position Overview:
Our State Farm agency is seeking a dependable, creative, and detail-oriented Intern to help support our community outreach and social media presence.

In this role, youll help build our local brand by managing our social media content, representing the agency at community events, and assisting with office errands and occasional event prep.

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, and posts.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance and inform strategy adjustments.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Event Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute company events, including workshops, conferences, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Develop event marketing materials and promote events through social media and other channels.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation for running local errands
• Ability to represent the agency professionally in the community
• Flexibility is required for occasional events outside of normal business hours.
• Open to both Full-Time and Part-Time availability.
