We are a family-owned company that specializes in large-format graphics and environmental branding. We are seeking an entry level Branding & Signage Installer to start immediately. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is eager to learn, is willing to put in the effort and is interested in learning about the signage/branding industry. No experience is necessary as we offer on the job training.

Job Summary: The Graphics Installer is responsible for the preparation, installation, and removal of various graphic medias on different surfaces including walls, vehicles, and signs. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tools and materials safely and effectively. As an intern, you'll work side by side with our employees to learn the skills necessary to perform graphics installations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation, installation, and removal of vinyl and other media for wall coverings, dimensional lettering, glass graphics, vehicle graphics, etc.
• Assist in preparation, installation, and removal of various large-format projects including posters, banners, stand-off prints, trade show displays, yard signs, commercial real estate signs, etc.
• Make necessary cuts in media/substrates without damaging surfaces.
• Properly handle various tools during the application process to ensure proper adhesion.
• Check surfaces for proper preparation and conduct quality checks after project completion.
• Report daily progress and maintain communication with the supervisor.
• Assist in other areas of print/sign production as necessitated.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to use various tools and equipment safely.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in graphics installation or a related field not required.
• Experience with large-format printing and media applications not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (indoor and outdoor).
