Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design form a FIDER or CIDA accredited program or equivalent.
• 1-2 years hospitality (hotels) design experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, InDesign, and Excel.
• SPEXX software knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• PIP Writer is a plus, but not required.
• Confident public speaker comfortable interacting with franchise hotel owners.
• Experience preparing design presentations, design mood boards, reviewing shop drawing submittals. 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the renovation team answering franchisee questions and reviewing design packages.
• May also need to assist in writing Property Improvement Plans for Architectural renovations from time to time, depending on needs.
• Timely response is critical for this role and taking initiative is a key to the overall success of this function.
