Job Details Job Location Las Vegas - LAS VEGAS, NV Position Type Full Time Job Posting Date(s) Start Date 11/05/2024 Description Konami Gaming is looking for an Inbound Receiving Clerk to join our team! This position is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in the daily operations of the Konami inbound receiving docks to ensure the readiness and accuracy of all incoming articles, proper packing and labeling of all items, and the proper receipt and inspection of received goods. This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company polices and procedures. What you'll be doing: Responsible for following the instructions and directions of the Warehouse Supervisor in support of the daily operations of the Konami receiving docks. Ability to verify shipment documents for incoming loads. Ability to utilize a forklift, riding pallet jack, or hand pallet jacks to ensure safe unloading of incoming product. Responsible for following all internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures in regard to inbound item inspection, receipt into the Pronto ERP system, as well as proper communication of incoming items. Responsible for ensuring accuracy when comparing actual delivery versus delivery documents prior to ERP receipt. Ability to communicate seamlessly with both Procurement and Accounting. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and arrange daily duties according to priority levels directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. Provide supervision to assigned Warehouse Persons acting in support of daily operations. Maintain a clean and organized area to ensure proper housekeeping for the inbound receiving area. Ability to communicate with the engineering team in regard to all incoming first article items needing inspection prior to warehouse putaway. OSHA Participates fully in company health and safety programs and complies with all company OSHA policies and procedures. Follows all lawful employer safety and health rules. Wears and/or uses personal protective equipment, when and how instructed. Reports hazardous conditions to management Reports any job-related injury or illness to management, and seeks treatment promptly. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications What we'll want you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of related experience and/or training required in a inbound receiving role Forklift certification required. Ability to perform basic math functions, while demonstrating excellent organizational skill. Great communication and a high level of attention to detail. Work Environment: Full time / 40 + Hours per week. Must be flexible for overtime, including evenings, weekends and Holidays as required. This position will be in a warehouse setting and will not be in an office area. Must be comfortable working on a concrete floor and warehouse environment. Must have the ability to move fast and function quickly on a daily basis. Position can be high stress and extremely fast paced. Ability to handle directive, assess situations, enter into dialogue and complete tasks. Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and stack. Must be able to listen and respond to verbal and written directions in English. May be required to move machines weighing up to 300 pounds with hand truck assistance.
