The HVAC Technician Instructor is responsible for delivering an established curriculum to students in a professional and proficient manner. This position also assigns and grades assignments, inputs attendance records, and ensures an effective learning environment through classroom management. Working Hours: Full-Time (4 days per week) Schedule: Monday-Thursday Days Class: 9 am-2 pm Evening Class 5 pm-10 pm Off Friday. Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80909 Pay: $25-$30 per hour Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s degree or completion of a certificate program in HVAC or related field
Experience: 3+ years with a degree or 5+ years without a degree experience in Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning, andor Refrigeration maintenance or a related field.

Essential Duties:

Prepare for and instruct established and approved curriculum and lesson plans to students in a professional manner
Answer all student questions as they arise to ensure student understanding and completion of material
Ensure students are aware of safety policies and monitor for correct procedures
