HVAC Sheet Metal/ Ductwork - PM

This is a full-time role of Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sheet metal work in HVAC system installations, from design through to completion. This includes managing the team, coordinating with other trades, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and meeting budget and timeline requirements. The PM ensures that the sheet metal components of HVAC systems are fabricated, installed, and maintained to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC sheet metal work, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or project management role.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and installation techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience working with HVAC design software, AutoCAD, or similar tools is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SMACNA standards.
• Familiarity with HVAC codes, standards (e.g., SMACNA), and regulations.
• Speaking Spanish is a plus.
