Position: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Tigard, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (must be flexible to customer needs and length of the job)
Compensation: $20 - $40 /hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 100% paid for by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Paid Sick Leave.

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
The Service Technician's role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on a variety of both residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment
• Diagnose and repair system issues
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
• Installation of system accessories such as thermostats, whole house air purifiers, and start assist
• Perform preventative equipment maintenance and warranty services as needed
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Promote and offer system accessories and services that will help keep the systems in top working order
• Conduct performance tests and adjust systems settings accordingly
• Offer and promote the benefits system maintenance contracts to the homeowner
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle
