You’ll ensure technicians are dispatched effectively and jobs are tracked in real time to maintain workflow continuity. Success in this role directly enhances client satisfaction and service responsiveness.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Respond to incoming service calls and emails with professionalism• Schedule and dispatch HVAC or construction technicians based on location and job requirements• Relay job details and updates to field staff and update dispatch boards in real time• Assist with warranty queries and order entries• Maintain accurate records and communicate with supervisors for timely executionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• 1–3 years of dispatch experience in HVAC, construction, or related fields• High school diploma or GED• Dependable, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and provide reliable transportation• Must pass a drug screenCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS• Dispatching platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar)• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace• CRM and job board systems• Email, phone, and scheduling softwarePREFERRED SKILLS• Prior HVAC dispatch experience strongly preferred• Strong computer skills and data accuracy• Experience working with warranty systems and service contractsBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
