Human Resources Internship
Ortonville Area Health Services seeks a motivated, enthusiastic person to join our Human Resources Team for the summer. We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Intern to join our team and gain hands on experience in a professional office setting. This paid internship offers you a chance to learn about various areas of HR and gain valuable skills for the future.
Job Duties:

• Help with the maintenance and organization of employee records and HR databases
• Assist with job postings and review resumes for open positions
• Help schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Support the HR team with employee onboarding (welcoming new employees and organizing materials)
• Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities
• Perform general office tasks as needed, including managing supplies, filing, and data entry

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and proactive with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

This paid internship is 3-4 days per week, typically 8am - 4pm with some flexibility as needed.

Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour Ortonville Area Health Services
