HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN

Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Human Resources department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning January through May 2025, scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the recruiting and pre-employment process of newly hired employees
• Overseeing internal and external job boards
• Reviewing applications, screening candidates and coordinating in-person interviews with managers
• Participating in career fairs, college networking programs and onsite hiring events
• Assisting the department with clerical and administrative tasks
• Completing assigned daily tasks and assisting HR managers with research projects as needed
• Providing support to the entire department in order to increase efficiencies in the area

Requirements for the position :

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Accuracy and strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to prioritize projects and duties
• A high level of professionalism
