Job Details

Responsibilities:
As an HR Generalist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
2. Conducting employee onboarding and helping to plan training & development.
3. Administering compensation and benefit plans.
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution.
6. Ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
7. Promoting a positive and open work environment to boost employee engagement.
8. Conducting research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the company’s HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or talent management system.
9. Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.
10. Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the HR Generalist position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
4. Proficiency in talent acquisition, interviewing, employee relations, HR compliance, EEO, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, recruiting, recruitment, new hire orientations.
5. Solid understanding of HR management, performance management, HR policies, organizational development, training & development, benefits administration, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
9. Proven experience in managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
