More information is available at Who We Are Looking For The HR Assistant is responsible for offering day-to-day support to employees, the HR Team, and completing various HR functions including enforcing policies, programs, and practices for our employees. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office). Hourly rate: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. What You Will Work On

• Provides HR support to employees
• Completes verifications of employment
• Maintains data integrity in the HRIS system
• Send out new hire welcome gifts
• Assist with onboarding of new employees
• Answering HR-related inquiries by email or phone
• Scanning documents into shared system
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

What You Will Bring

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Must be able to interact with employees at all levels
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be motivated, and results-driven

Preferred:

• Experience with Dayforce
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
