Job Description

A medical group in west Austin is looking to bring on an HR and Recruiting Coordinator! This is a fully onsite M-F role and salary is roughly $60-70k depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates.
• Support a positive company culture and employee experience.
• Manage employee records and ensure HR compliance.
• Address HR-related concerns and assist with policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree and HR experience preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity is a plus but not required.
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification is a plus.
