LHH seeks a Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Housing Navigator

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct interviews with clients to determine housing needs

2. Administer housing assessments (as needed) for those experiencing homelessness

3. Providing information and instruction to clients regarding housing-related matters, such as how to complete a housing application and conduct a housing search and tenant rights and responsibilities

4. Providing ongoing case management support to assess progress and ensure treatment plan goals are met or changed as needed

5. Evaluating, determining, making recommendations for, and tracking financial assistance and preparing and submitting requests for approval

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Be proficient with computers and technologies used for work outputs including:

   Microsoft Office Software, HMIS, Clarity

2. A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a housing or social services or non profit 

3. High school diploma or equivalent, BA in Social Work or related field preferred

4. Spanish speaking, required

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
