Pay Rate $57 - $71 (hourly estimate) Job Description Partner closely with the engineering and design teams to develop content across a range of devices. Implement runtime logic within a complex real-time environment with performance limitations in mind. Develop broad technical expertise to assist in a wide variety of technical and artistic tasks, including diagnosing and fixing bugs. Quickly solve issues with cross-functional leads. Design, manage and maintain the pipeline from artists and end users through to deployment. Prototype, profile and optimize custom shaders. Experience communicating across team members including engineers and designers. Experience in real-time content creation (characters/environments/VFX/animation/lighting). Experience working with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with Generative AI models and concepts Experience developing real-time experiences for VR headsets Deep knowledge of game engines, preferably Unity Being passionate and informed about emerging technologies, and video games.
