Front Desk Agent
Job Description:
● In -putting reservations into the system
● Managing arrivals, departures and stay overs
● Managing Guest Check-In/Check-Out
● Provide guests with local information and recommendations
● Answering guests inquiries via email & phone
● Running reports for managers
● Maintaining office/documents in an organized manner
● Facilitating communication between departments and managers in a professional
manner
● Handle and communicate to manager guest complaints
● Maintain cohesive working relationships with other departments to boost productivity and
profitability
● Ensure overall smooth operation of the Front Desk
Job Requirements:
● Ability to multitask and maintain organized in a busy environment
● Preferred minimum of 6 months in a front office position
● Possess energy and take great [ride in serving customers
● Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and independantly
● Maintain a neat and healthy appearance
Qualifications:
● Must have a HS Diploma or G.E.D
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional
● Skilled in the use and general maintenance of all office equipment
● Organizational and office management skills
● Record keeping skills
● Verbal and written communication skills
Wages:
$12.00-$15.00 per hour
20-30 hours/week
