Seeking skilled and dedicated Physician Hospitalists to join our dynamic team. As a Hospitalist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients during their hospital stay.

Opening #1:

• 400 Bed Community Hospital
• Closed ICU w/ 24/7 Intensivist Support
• ADC- Rounders average 15 patients on 10 hour shift
• Rounding Day Team staffing model- 20 providers
• Large employed group of physicians offering in-house subspecialist support

Opening #2:

• 300 Bed Community Hospital
• Closed ICU w/ 24/7 Intensivist Support
• ADC- Rounders average 15 patients on 10 hour shift
• Rounding Day Team satffing model- 8 providers
• Large employed group of physicians offering in-house subspecialist support

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including admission, daily rounds, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions to stabilize patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in the electronic medical record.

A comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

• Base Salary Range: $251,680- $266,240
• Competitive base salary with RVU incentives

• Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage
• CME time & expense allowance- $4,500 per year
• 403b retirement savings program with employer matching program
