Job Description

As the High School Principal, you will provide dynamic, executive leadership in directing the daily operations of the high school, responsible for providing guidance to the school community, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for all students and staff. You will oversee the administration and management of the high school, including curriculum development, staff supervision, student discipline, and community engagement. Additionally, you will work closely with faculty, staff and parents to promote academic excellence, foster character development, and uphold the school’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for supporting the growth and success of high school students.

Requirements:– Master’s degree in Education or related field– Principal certification or eligibility to obtain certification– Previous experience in a leadership role in an educational setting– Strong communication and interpersonal skills– Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders– Knowledge of educational best practices and current trends– Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion– Experience with budget management and resource allocation
