Our client is looking for a Remote Help Desk Technician for 6+ months. This is 100% remote, but technician must reside in MST/PST time zone. Tentative schedule is Monday 8am-1pm, Tuesday-Thursday 12pm-10pm and Friday 8am-1pm. May convert to a more standard day schedule but this is the shift at this time."
Skill Set: Prior help desk experience, good communication and phone skills, general knowledge of end user IT support practices. Knowledge of Service Now ticketing system.
