They are seeking a Back Office Manager to join the team and help with overall operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing support to operations related to the trade life cycle and portfolio Providing investor and fund services as needed Ensuring accurate accounting records, and associated reporting Liaising with Audit, Tax, and Compliance to ensure compliance with ongoing regulatory requirements Improving overall systems and processes for back office operations Providing expertise and serving as a thought leader to internal and external stakeholders Other ad hoc projects as needed Ideal candidate has their Bachelor's degree, and 7+ years' previous experience in back office operations from a mid-sized/large hedge fund. Previous experience managing a small team a PLUS.
