We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator skilled in operating skid steers, excavators, and bulldozers for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer, excavator, and dozer efficiently and safely.
• Perform grading, digging, land clearing, and material handling.
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance and daily inspections.
• Work with site supervisors to complete tasks on schedule.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
• Ability to read site plans and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GPS grading systems.
• Experience with different attachment tools.
• Minor mechanical repair skills.
