Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting healthcare professionals, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various positions across our client network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and other resources to identify and attract top healthcare talent.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Job Matching: Match qualified candidates to appropriate job openings based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet the necessary licensing, certification, and background check requirements.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and placement results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and other departments to achieve recruitment targets and organizational goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging talent acquisition strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH JOB DIVA.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry standards.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for a variety of healthcare positions, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative roles.
  • Certification in Healthcare Recruitment (CHCR) or related certifications.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to healthcare staffing.
