About Us:
Little Warriors Therapy Center is a dynamic, inclusive pediatric therapy practice dedicated to empowering children through compassionate, evidence-based care. We currently offer Speech, Language, and Feeding Therapy, with Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Neurodiversity-Affirming ABA Therapy launching soon!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, friendly, and tech-savvy team player who is passionate about helping families receive the care they need.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families warmly and professionally in-person and by phone

• Manage appointment scheduling and confirm upcoming visits

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records using our EMR system

• Collect required documentation and ensure patient forms are completed

• Process payments and manage front desk tasks

• Communicate effectively with clinical staff, parents, and caregivers

• Fill in for the Administrative Manager and manage the front desk during absences

• Assist clinicians and practice owner with tasks on an as needed basis. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Previous administrative or office experience (healthcare or therapy setting a plus)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable using technology and EMR systems

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
