Little Warriors Therapy Center is a dynamic, inclusive pediatric therapy practice dedicated to empowering children through compassionate, evidence-based care. We currently offer Speech, Language, and Feeding Therapy, with Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Neurodiversity-Affirming ABA Therapy launching soon!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, friendly, and tech-savvy team player who is passionate about helping families receive the care they need.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families warmly and professionally in-person and by phone
Manage appointment scheduling and confirm upcoming visits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records using our EMR system
Collect required documentation and ensure patient forms are completed
Process payments and manage front desk tasks
Communicate effectively with clinical staff, parents, and caregivers
Fill in for the Administrative Manager and manage the front desk during absences
Assist clinicians and practice owner with tasks on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous administrative or office experience (healthcare or therapy setting a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using technology and EMR systems
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
