About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of High School to join their vibrant educational community. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and experienced educational leader, committed to the academic and personal development of students in grades 9-12. This role is pivotal in maintaining a mission-driven, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating environment. Key responsibilities for the Head of High School include fostering a strong partnership between the school and parents, championing the IB philosophy, and leading the implementation of the IB Middle Years and Diploma Programs. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and collaborative leader, capable of inspiring a culture of inquiry and learning among both students and faculty. Applicants for the Head of High School position at the company should hold a related Master’s degree and have a proven track record of success in working with culturally diverse educational settings. While experience with the International Baccalaureate programs is welcomed, it is not mandatory. The role requires a leader who is adept at collaboration, a capable systems thinker, and is dedicated to the professional growth of the faculty. The Head of High School will also be responsible for maintaining the school's mission statement, overseeing parent-teacher conferences, and ensuring a positive and engaging learning culture.
