For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Define Delivery Process: Establish the delivery process, workflow, frameworks, and metrics system, helping the team to adapt and optimize these practices

  • Feature Delivery: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features

  • Roadmap Management: Build and maintain timelines in the roadmap

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the key contact point for stakeholders and other departments

  • People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Delivery Manager in a mobile product company

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, and management

  • Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of the technical aspects of game development

  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management tools and roadmapping instruments

  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies

  • Multi-project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines

  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and team success

  • Team Player: Flexible team player who collaborates effectively with functions across the organization
